30-night sleep trial. Try the Soveli pillow at home for 30 nights, risk-free. If your child doesn't sleep better, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to return: email support@getsoveli.com with your order number. Our team will send you return instructions. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions: the 30-night trial applies to one pillow per household order. Pillowcases can be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days. Statutory EU withdrawal rights (14 days) remain unaffected and apply in addition to this guarantee.
